AMC Theatres ranks with the best online movie ticket services in the nation. This site provides information on movies and you can browse the online Movie Lover's store for gift cards and personalized greeting cards.

Feature Set:
This service provides some valuable features. One of our favorites is an evite feature that allows you to gather your friends together for a night at the movies. Simply enter the time, date, movie, location and a short note if you choose and Loews Cineplex will do the rest.
Other features include movie synopses, ratings and theater statistics to help you choose the film you want to see and find the theater that will fit your needs.
Theaters/Locations:
This service provides tickets to 200 Loews Cineplex theaters through Fandango. Gift certificates and information on group rates are available on the Loews Cineplex website. If you're looking for a different theater, you'll have to look at a different service.
Price:
Fandango adds $1 to $1.50, depending on geographic location, to the normal price of each movie ticket.
Ease of Use:
The Loews Cineplex website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. User-friendly menu bars help you find the information you need. When it comes time to purchase movie tickets, Loews Cineplex transfers you to Fandango.
Customer Service:
Loews Cineplex has a complete customer service and help page. They offer a FAQs page with informative material. You can also contact customer service directly through phone, email or mail.
Summary:
The Loews Cineplex site offers gift certificates and movie tickets for their theaters only. For a service that offers tickets for a number of theaters look at the #1-ranked, Fandango.
